Work and Pensions Calvin Phillips

Housing Jordan Henderson
Ag and Fish Luke Shaw

Without Portfolio Jack Grealish
They are all qualified for these posts in various ways and I venture to suggest maybe better than the present incumbents.
It is a bit light on women but then so is the present Cabinet.
