On Friday afternoon we heard that ‘the Inspector due to conduct this case is unexpectedly unavailable, due to matters outside his control’. The hope is that the Planning Inquiry will start on Wednesday 4 June, but this will not be confirmed until next week. We shall let you know the dates as soon as we have a revised timetable. 

We were also told this week that the hearing will not be livestreamed. MBCG has taken this up with the Planning Inspectorate as we feel it is extremely important that there is a recording of the hearing.
