A Public Representation Hearing is due to be held in the Chamber, City Hall (Kamal Chunchie Way, London E16 1ZE) on 27 September 2024, starting at 10.00am, for the Deputy Mayor, Jules Pipe, to consider the Planning Application in detail and to determine whether planning permission should be granted.
This has been brought about because the London Borough of Merton granted permission in October 2023 and the London Borough of Wandsworth refused the application in December 2023.
The hearing is open to the public with a capacity of 140. That assumes you can get there. For the many people in south west London who might want to attend, the venue is about as remote as you can get in the Docklands. It will, however, be possible to watch or participate online.
Better planning than the Brewery hearing then. which starts on 5 November 2024, where Richmond Council has declined to stream the Public Inquiry.
