    Sorry for the typo. Not should have read now not not. Tim spoke briefly about Air Quality. His full brief statement will be uploaded here shortly.

    Lucy Thatcher, Council Planning Officer, is now giving evidence. She was not involved with the Planning Brief but she has been working with the developers from Day 1 of their applications.
