Richmond Council Civic Centre

The Council is to spend £9.3million to upgrade the Civic Centre at York House in Twickenham following a Council decision on 28 April 2025.

    Could this money not be better spent fixing pot holes or building a few low-cost housing units or ( take your pick).
    Our Council Taxes are pretty high as it is and this sort of expenditure adds nothing to betterment of life for the residents and is unlikely to lead to improved standards or efficiency of the services we receive.
