The whole of the Sheen House estate including Sheen Lane and Richmond Park Road one might assume but dated when? It was found with the deeds of a house built much later at the bottom of Richmond Park Road.
The plan fits neatly onto today’s map, anchored by the crossing at Upper Richmond Road and the Christchurch Road turning off Sheen Lane. Richmond Park Road largely follows the East side of the estate, except when it goes through what were the kitchen gardens before it reaches Upper Richmond Road: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1kVbZef9Oh9NWsAr9JhzV5nPFRb76M3JZ/view?usp=sharing
