Friends of Palewell Common AGM Tuesday

Friends of Palewell Common AGM TUESDAY 16th June at 7pm- new committee members still needed!

Tomorrow night is the Friends of Palewell Common AGM – and they would love to see some new faces in the room.

Palewell Common and Fields matters. It’s where dogs are walked, children play, nature breathes, and the community comes together. But keeping it that way takes people who care enough to get involved – and right now, the Friends urgently need new committee members.

Tuesday 16 June 7:00pm, All Saints Church Hall

Come along and you’ll hear the latest updates on local sports, conservation activities and the Go Ape planning situation. It’s a chance to find out exactly where things stand, have your say, and meet the people working to protect the Common.

No specialist skills required. No pressure. Just a genuine interest in this special corner of East Sheen and a willingness to contribute some time.

The Friends have spent years working with the borough, supporting conservation, improving facilities, and making sure the community has a voice when decisions get made. Without fresh volunteers stepping in, that work becomes harder to sustain.

If you’ve ever walked across the Common and thought I’d like to help look after this – tomorrow night is your moment. Afterwards there will be drinks and a chance to chat.
